Based in Camden, NSW, Sydney, CR Performance Coaching is led by Coach and Owner, Cooper Ross, a professional footballer with playing experience across four continents — Australia, Portugal, the Philippines, and Brazil.

With over 3 years of coaching experience, Cooper has helped more than 40 players progress from local community football into NPL and JDL programs across Sydney.

A young, enthusiastic, and energetic coach, Cooper is passionate about bridging the gap between community football & rep football. Drawing on his professional experiences around the world, he provides tailored, high-quality coaching to guide the next generation of footballers toward reaching their full potential.
